Tyler Mazzie

Tyler Mazzie is a senior at the University of North Carolina Wilmington majoring in communication studies with an IMC concentration and a minor in business. In order to achieve this goal, Tyler is a part of the Pier 601 Creative organization on campus and hopes to further her communication and IMC skills through this program during her senior year. After graduation in May 2024, Tyler hopes to get a job in the marketing world with a social media
focus. Tyler is from Mooresville, NC and hopes to get a job that will take her outside of North Carolina so that she can experience living in a different area.
While pursuing her degree Tyler has also held a job as a nanny for a family in Hampstead, NC
during her junior and senior year. Tyler has a love for working with kids which is why she chose
being a nanny as her part-time job while in school. Tyler also has a passion for sports, especially
pro-football, and hopes to achieve her dream job of working for ESPN in their marketing
department. Tyler had the opportunity to be a marketing intern during the summer of 2023 and
plans on using the skills she learned during her academic and professional career. Tyler is
working to become successful within the IMC and social media world.
