If you would like to be intellectually entertained, I have the event for you. Tomorrow, March 21st at 7:00 pm, Dr. Scott has invited Dr. Jade C. Huell to come to UNCW. She is presenting “Becoming a Word Warrior: Performance Studies for a New Personal politics.” Here are three more things you need to know:
1. It is in Leutze Hall 125 (Studio)
2. Again, it is tomorrow at 7:00 pm
3. The event is free and open to the public!
If that is not enough information to make you want to go then I don’t know what will change your mind. All I know is that it will be a great event so get there a little early to secure a seat.

I was intrigued by this because I know of Dr. Scott and I know what she is capable of producing. I think that bit of logos was good but and elaboration on what the event will actually be could have incited more individuals to go check it out. What if someone did not know her? They might not be as excited as I was since I knew her, and that extra bit of information could have drawn them in.
The post is still good, and pertinent information was displayed, and all of the information was well written.
Well, I am a bit late in seeing this, but the event looks like it was something I would be into. I like the name “Becoming a Word Warrior.” I would really like to be one of those. On a side note, I love the gif you chose! Too cute!
That sounds like it was an amazing presentation. I wish I would have known because I really do believe in the power of words and rhetoric (as every com major probably does!) Also I’m curious to what a new personal politics is and I would love to know more about that!
